Adrienne Williams
Adrienne WilliamsPresident & CEO
Adrienne Williams is Founder, CEO and President of Scarritt Group Inc., Source 360 Inc., and Scarritt China, companies that support clinical research organizations and pharmaceutical companies through Investigator Meetings, Patient Concierge Services, Patient Recruitment, Virtual Site Initiation Visits, and Patient Education Videos.

Coming from the service-oriented hotel business, Adrienne was inspired to launch a meeting planning company that put service and support at the forefront. After seeing the lifesaving results her Dad experienced having been enrolled in a trial for Parkinson’s Disease, she decided that the focus of the company should be dedicated to supporting clinical trials. Adrienne decided to use her education, expertise and excellent reputation to contribute to the clinical trial space by supporting investigator and advisory board meetings which are integral to developing new medications – and Scarritt Group was born.

Starting out of her home 21 years ago, Adrienne has led her incredible team to international success and industry esteem, with service at the core of everything they do. Scarritt Group has organized and operated thousands of successful meetings, provides unmatched customer service and employs 65+ people worldwide.

Everyone at Scarritt shares the same dream of contributing to humanity in their own small way by assisting with the success of the investigator meeting and making a difference to improve the patients experience in a clinical study, through Scarritt’s portfolio of services. This passion has led to Scarritt’s success without much advertising or marketing efforts, relying mostly on referrals, repeat business and a really great team.

While growing the company beyond even her own expectations, Adrienne has also reached another inspirational goal of creating jobs – careers with actual advancement opportunities. She’s also surrounded herself with experienced staff, actual experts and influential mentors – people who’ve also helped her develop one of the best virtual platforms in the business, pivoting when the market changes and repurposing Scarritt team members to best support client needs.

Whether it’s new clients looking for meeting services or a virtual conference center, or existing clients who are restarting their research in the “new normal” of today’s digital world, many of the world’s best companies and biggest names have turned to Scarritt Group for both live meetings and state-of-the-art virtual solutions based on their experience, innovation, service and a capable team always willing to go above and beyond.

Aside from her dedication to work and her community, Adrienne loves spending any free time with her two children, helping with schoolwork and art projects, hiking the local mountain paths, fishing and one of her biggest passions – enjoying time with her wonderful animals: two dogs, three cats, plus turtles, snakes, geckos, fish and even a frog.

Whether Adrienne is staying up late to solve a work issue, helping a wounded animal while hiking, or working with her beautiful children to create original art, her passion for service, compassion for others and considerable respect for all living beings is what separates Adrienne from typical CEOs and makes Scarritt Group truly stand out in the event industry. Peter Lahr
Peter LahrVice President of Operations and Data Privacy Officer
Before joining Scarritt Group Peter was VP of Food and Beverage, Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas for 12 years. Prior to Atlantis Peter was with Starwood Hotels for 12 years holding several Senior Director positions including regional purchasing of F&B while also serving as the DOO of the El Conquistador.

Peter’s focus areas include Business Development, Bidding and Proposals, Account Executive Management, Vendor Procurement and Management, Information Technology and Media Applications, and Operations.

Peter works across all areas to continuously evolve systems and processes to raise client benchmark performance levels in quality and efficiency. Ongoing cost cutting in combination with value enhancement for clients is aggressively pursued under Peter’s direction. Peter will work directly with clients or through Scarritt Group Account Executives on tailored company specific objectives and goals such as scientific content retention, virtual meeting options, and media engagement techniques. Under Peter’s direction all decisions made at Scarritt Group must benefit the client.

Annette Zimmerman, HMCC
Annette Zimmerman, HMCCDirector of Finance
Joining Scarritt Group in 2002, Annette has been instrumental in the company’s growth from the early days as a startup where she would meet in the CEO’s kitchen, all the way to today – a multimillion dollar global company with satellite offices around the world.

Annette has a broad understanding of how the company operates and is integrated in almost every aspect of Scarritt Group’s day-to-day operations.

In addition to her role in accounting she has helped with sourcing, conference registration, operations, sales and marketing – everything needed to help execute its mission of serving our clients and satisfying Scarritt Group’s financial goals.

Annette is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, with supplemental law classes from the University of Michigan and certifications in health care compliance regulations. Her passions are her family, and working within the community to provide all children with the opportunity to succeed.

Before coming to Scarritt Group Annette worked in the non-profit sector for 15 years, predominantly for educational foundations and associations in the arenas of economic development, finance management and strategic planning. Before moving to Arizona, she was the Business Manager of an automobile safety consulting firm in Ann Arbor, MI.

She has traveled extensively with her husband – an economic geologist – and through these experiences has had the opportunity to live and work abroad, increasing her understanding of globalization and its impact on international finance.

Tony Mc Donald
Tony Mc DonaldExecutive Director Global Quality
After a 13 year career with Westin Hotels, managing various food and beverage divisions in 7 hotels internationally, Tony moved to Atlantic City, joining Resorts International Casino. Relocating to Tucson, Tony joined the Sheraton El Conquistador Resort where he held the positions of Director of Banquet Operations and Food & Beverage Director of the El Conquistador Country Club.

Tony relocated to Las Vegas as part of the pre-opening team for the Treasure Island Casino Hotel, closely followed by the pre-opening planning of Bellagio, and then to The Mirage where Tony held the position of Director Food & Beverage. Following Las Vegas, Tony joined Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a Food & Beverage Director,. Tony relocated back to Tucson to join Scarritt Group in 2005.

Rachel Goodman
Rachel GoodmanDirector of Human Resources
Rachel Goodman joined Scarritt Group in January 2021, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in training & development and leadership. Having worked in both the non and for-profit sectors, Rachel’s experience with organizational development andleadership training is vast and refined. Within these diverse organizations, she has had the privilege to serve in several positions including HR Director, Program Director, and Lead Mentor/Trainer.

Rachel has earned multiple degrees, including a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Francis Marion University, a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Mercy College, and a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Additionally, Rachel has earned several certifications including the Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a NYC Teacher Certification, and a CrucialConversation Certification.

Rachel’s dedication to traditional and agile management supportsthe speed and agility by which she masters the complex cross-functional partnerships required with an HR Business Partner and key stakeholders within an organization. These relationships and paths of communication ultimately serve to support the commitment to excellence and meeting the needs of our clients.

Libby Nicholson
Libby NicholsonExecutive Director of Support Services
Libby joined Scarritt Group in 2003, with over 12 years of experience in hospitality and resort management. She held positions in Conference Services/Sales and Revenue Management with Starwood and Omni Hotels and Resorts in California, Texas and Arizona. Libby received her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Tourism and Commercial Recreation.

Since joining Scarritt Group, Libby has played an integral part in the company, establishing the guidelines and practices for the Strategic Sourcing Department. Libby and her team work as the liaison between our hotel partners and vendors and our clients.

Libby enjoys sharing her knowledge of the industry and Scarritt Group with her colleagues.Libby joined Scarritt Group in 2003, with over 12 years of experience in hospitality and resort management. She held positions in Conference Services/Sales and Revenue Management with Starwood and Omni Hotels and Resorts in California, Texas and Arizona. Libby received her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Tourism and Commercial Recreation.

Gary Coleman
Gary ColemanAssociate Vice President - Operations
Gary has been in the service and hospitality industry for the past sixteen years representing hospitality leaders at the prestigious Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. He diversified his career becoming the General Manager for two upscale dining establishments prior to joining Scarritt Group in 2012. Gary is the main point of contact for clients as they initiate requests for proposals.

As the liaison between our clients and the rest of the Scarritt Team, Gary works closely with our Directors and Executive Committee to facilitate all meeting specifications.

Gary grew up in a military family while living in Japan, Korea, Germany as well as the United States. Gary’s background and experience brings diversity and adaptability to the Scarritt Team. Gary graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Edson Ribeiro
Edson RibeiroAssociate Vice President - TrialTech Medical
While in Brazil, he worked for a prominent publisher in South America and the Iberian Peninsula. While in the United States, Edson has worked for respected companies such as ACS, a contractor for the United States Government, Department of Defense, NASA, several government agencies with specialization in information technology, customer service and recruitment.

Adding to Edson’s background is his experience with Hyatt Regency Tamaya in New Mexico where his focus was Convention Services and Banquets.

He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Edson brings to our team knowledge of world history, geography and cultural understanding. Edson graduated in Business Management/Advertising from Mackenrie University in Sao Paulo-Brazil.While in Brazil, he worked for a prominent publisher in South America and the Iberian Peninsula. While in the United States, Edson has worked for respected companies such as ACS, a contractor for the United States Government, Department of Defense, NASA, several government agencies with specialization in information technology, customer service and recruitment.

Reem Sanz
Reem SanzPatient Recruitment Manager
Reem is a multilingual event specialist and enthusiast with over 10 years of experience organizing events that are memorable to all participants. Before joining Scarritt in 2019, she held the position of Head of the Events Department in a Destination Management Company (DMC) in Madrid, organizing large events, congresses and incentives for companies around the globe, spanning a number of industries including pharmaceuticals, automotive, technology and fashion. She received her Bachelor Degree in International Tourism from the University of Valencia in Spain.

Positioned in Spain, Reem is one of the contact points for our clients in Europe. With her knowledge and expertise, she acts as the bridge to the rest of the Scarritt Team in the US.

Growing up in a multicultural environment and living in different countries during her childhood, Reem was fortunate to grow up with 4 languages simultaneously; Spanish, German, Arabic and English. That prepared her to interact with every part of the world on a personal as well as a professional level. She is still fond of travelling to different countries, meeting new cultures and hiking among different natural scenes.
